My Story How I lost 35+ Pounds!

Good morning and happy Monday to all!  I'd like to talk a little about how I was successful losing the 35+ pounds.

It started with the Shaklee 180 Weight-Loss system and a personal battle inside myself knowing I needed a change for my body for the better. I started by making a workout plan each week and sticking to it. I went with the 10-Minute Trainer by Tony Horton because of my busy lifestyle. These 10-Minute Trainers are perfect for the busy body. I recommend 3 a day and some walking or running in the evening if you can fit it in your schedule. Set a goal on how much you want to workout or exercise each day. It isn't easy at first, but in time it will be a habit like brushing your teeth.

With my exercise routine, I incorporated the Shaklee 180 Weight-Loss Program. I started drinking my smoothie each morning often mixing organic raspberries or blueberries right in with them. They are fabulous tasting and gluten free and low glycemic. They are powered by what is called leucine, which burns your fat and keeps you lean muscle. How cool is THAT!

I would have a small snack for lunch with a piece of fruit, followed by a small dinner. It is all about portioning your food intake and making healthier choices when eating. I have chosen not to drink pop or soda and I can feel the difference.
