I did it! 172 Pounds! VICTORY!


After a year and a half, I was happy to step on the scale and say, I'm at the weight I set a goal for back in 2011. Using my Shaklee 180 Weight Loss Program and different Tony Horton Beachbody workouts, I have reached my 172 pound goal.

It wasn't easy. Some days I was tired from work, or had to work a long day, my mind would tell me I can just wait till tomorrow to do extra workouts or just skip them. You have to focus and remember the journey will be the reward in the end. I feel I will be disease free the rest of my life if I can hold this weight. I am 43 and med free at the moment and I hope to stay that way!

Now I have a new battle to maintain this weight. I don't want to get lazy and say, "ahh I am at my target weight, I can take a day or two off. I will continue to use the Shaklee 180 Weight Loss Program and the 10 minute trainer. Consistency and dedication is the key.

I feel now that it is my mission to help other with lifestyle changes and help them look at wellness as a means to be disease free. I am here to help! Contact me!
