Hello all,
First off, thank you very much for following my blog. I created this blog to help educate people on the choices we all have for optimal health. The consumer has been stuck in rut the last 60 years due to TV and other media influences. There are many choices out there to help you live a healthier lifestyle. I choose Shaklee because of its integrity and it personal belief of helping people reach optimum health through natural choice.
I believe if we can make these changes in lifestyle, you will feel a huge improvement to your health, which leads to less visits to the doctor and will lesson our dependence on medications. These medications have huge side effects that most people are not aware off. I am 44 and do not rely on any medications at the moment. I thank Shaklee for this. Shaklee 180 has also helped me lose around 40 pounds! So if you make the right choices in what you eat, portion, exercise, and add natural supplementation like Shaklee, you will truly feel healthy.
After all, our health is our biggest asset. Without our health, we have nothing!
Have a healthy and productive day!
